Sachertorte Gluten free and vegan .

Sachertorte is one of the most famous chocolate cakes in the world invented in Austria in 1832. The original is a light chocolate cake filled with apricot jam and covered with chocolate icing . This is close to the original except i have replaced traditional ingredients with wholesome gluten free and vegan ones! It’s also dairy free.
