I absolutely love smoothies! Especially to start my day with it. Very easy to make and very healthy to eat.

Since strawberries are in season, this is the best way to enjoy them 🙂

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 table spoon pure organic honey (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

 

Method

Mix all first 4 ingredients in the mixer.

Add chia seeds. Chill for 15 minutes.

Decorate you smoothie with some fresh strawberries, Pomegranate or fruits of your choice. Enjoy!
